2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter subscription form (name and email), together with technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time) obtained via cookies and similar technologies. We do not collect sensitive data as defined in article 2 of Law 25,326.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (email delivery, hosting, analytics), who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and adopt equivalent security measures.
7. International transfers
When our providers are located outside the Argentine Republic, we verify that the destination country offers adequate protection levels under Provision 60-E/2016 of the former National Directorate for Personal Data Protection, or we adopt standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be published at this same address with its last-updated date. If changes are substantial, we will endeavour to communicate them via the usual channels.
